The newly named 'Brickmakers' and league leaders of the Wessex League Division One, travel to Havant this Saturday to take on 12th-placed Clanfield FC at Westleigh Park with Matt Maybury's team looking to extend their nine match unbeaten run in the league.
Before we get into the nitty-gritty, Matt Maybury gave his thoughts ahead of the game.
"I think we have to go into the game full of confidence with the run we’re on.
We played Clanfield only a few weeks ago, so we know how dangerous they can be. They were much better than the four goals to-nil scoreline suggests, so we know we have to be on it from the start to get a result.
Our away form has been brilliant.
As a group, we know our strengths and where we can hurt teams, but we also know what we need to work on, and we’ve done so over the recent sessions.
We have a few niggles and knocks to assess, but the lads are raring to go for this one."

HEAD TO HEAD - NEW MILTON VS CLANFIELD
We met Clanfield for the first time in December 2023, after they returned to the Wessex League for the first time since 2007. Unfortunately, the game ended in a 2-0 defeat at the M.A. Hart Stadium. The reverse fixture ended 1-1, with Jack Kinge-Phillips netting for the Brickmakers.
Our last meeting was only a short time ago at the end of September. Barney Stone struck a hat-trick in a 4-0 win. Callum McHale—in great goalscoring form of his own right now—scored the other.
GROUND DETAILS - WESTLEIGH PARK
Westleigh Park is the home of National League South side Havant & Waterlooville FC. The ground can hold 5,300 people, with a stand behind the dugouts that seats 710. Each other stand has a terrace for standing.
Plenty of food options are also available at the ground, with pop-ups at corners of the pitch that take both cash and cards. If you arrive earlier, there is a pub named The Westleigh within the football club's grounds.
There is a free car park at the ground, but it usually fills up quickly.
Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking nearby.
We hope to see many travelling New Milton Town fans on Saturday. Please feel free to send your fan matchday photos to the club's social media accounts so we can share them.
